We needed a van asap for an emergency roadtrip. They cared about our situation and was able to get us a van at a great price. It did take a while but you can't rush kindness and help. It was late and we had to go so they sent us on our roadtrip without really knowing if we had the loan. They cared more about getting us where we needed to go safely. They filled the tank so we didn't have to worry about gas. Then when we got back we had to switch banks so to get the loan to go through they kept dropping the price till it would take. When we came in to sign again everyone was so friendly asking how everything went and how my father in law was. I felt like I was part of the McGrath family. When leaving they filled the tank again for the trouble of coming in. Thank you McGrath for everything! More

We had already had an idea of what vehicle we wanted before arriving at McGraths. They have a great website which makes researching cars easy. My only critique would be that McGraths needs to speed up the "extended service plan" spiel. We listened to that for over an hour and it got annoying after about 15 minutes. I worked with Cody Perry to purchase a used car. Cody was wonderful to work with but it was frustrating on how long it actually took to get everything approved and paper work done. I also found it very frustrating to get my car in to get looked at when I reported that there was definitely something wrong with one week after I purchased it. I found it a hassle trying to get my car into the shop. The car was no completely clean (I understand they were busy) and I still have car stickers on my windows that I have had to remove. Also, the car had very little gas in it when I left the lot. Again with all of this said, I was very happy with my salesman Cody Perry. More
