2010 Enclave=junk I traded in my 2012 equinox for a certified used 2010 Enclave because we needed the dvd players and third row seating. Biggest mistake I have ever ma I traded in my 2012 equinox for a certified used 2010 Enclave because we needed the dvd players and third row seating. Biggest mistake I have ever made. I bought it on August 13, 2014 for a pretty penny as this thing only had 60,000 a and is loaded. A after I drove away I was hearing r his vibrating noise from front end. I took it to my local Buick dealer who said it needed a new upper control arm, wheel bearing, and strut. I called mcgrath and let them have it. This vehicles supposedly had an inspection to make it certified. It clearly did not. McGrath came and got the vehicle for repair but their service department is a nightmare. They had it for 3 days before they could look at it and they complained because I wasn't there to show them the noise! How about just looking it over and fixing what's wrong! Plus I sent the paperwork from my local dealer with stating what was wrong. They fixed the wheel Bering and control arm. Car still had loose steering and making noise took to local dealer. They had to fix the tie rod end. It is still having another clicking noise underneath that needs to be looked at again. Not to mention the factory headrest dvd player on the passenger side doesn't take dvd and has a cracked hinge on it. McGrath Used car manager stopped returning my calls. I paid a lot of money for this vehicle and it has been a pain in my butt! They lied and scammed me by telling me it was inspected for certification. I have opened three cases with GM and. About to open another. Please do not trust McGrath. I am regretting this purchase so badly and I have had it for only 2 months. I will never ever ever let anyone I know buy from here. Buyer beware!!! More

2014 kia sedona shane, our salesman was very helpful and well "sweet". It would have been nice if the dealership had given our daughter the referral "fee" that they t shane, our salesman was very helpful and well "sweet". It would have been nice if the dealership had given our daughter the referral "fee" that they talk about since she did really talk her kia sedona up so we decided to upgrade to a newer model. The finance dept. got a little long and tedious, as perhaps it does at every dealership. A couple of points. One the told us they had 4 goals..the first 3 they met, but the 4th one of getting us out of there as quickly as possible, not so much. Two hours later we finally left the dealership in our new van. If they didn't keep trying to sell you the extended warranty then it would have been a quicker process. When the second finance person said "it's a no-brainer to buy the extended warranty" it kind of soured the whole experience and all I could think was "is he saying I'm stupid?". Overall, those were the lowest aspects of the whole buying experience. Another aspect occurred after the fact with the financing and our not realizing that when we agreed to twice monthly automatic payments to pay it off sooner that there was a hidden finance fee which we were not made aware of which costs us an extra 2o.oo dollars a month. would be good to let the buyer know that up front. YIKES!! still working to get that rectified through the bank. so, an interesting experience. More
