I have a good update for my original issue. After purchasing a a great used Audi A6 that I had researched thoroughly on the internet, I flew to Chicago to finalize the purchase of the car. There was purchasing a a great used Audi A6 that I had researched thoroughly on the internet, I flew to Chicago to finalize the purchase of the car. There was what appeared to be a minor issue during our test drive that I pointed out and thought was really a non-issue (I thought it was probably a relatively inexpensive sensor that I wasn't going to drive back to Chicago to fix once I was hours down the road). It turned out to be an expensive repair, but I only learned of its extent when I took it to a dealer near my home (about 1000 miles away). I reached out to my sales rep Ryan and then was provided Greg's contact information. After a few phone conversations, I was told to send a copy of the bill for the repair. Shortly thereafter, I received a call from Greg indicating that the repair would be paid in full. While I would like to think this is the way most dealers treat their customers, I was very pleasantly surprised that this is how things turned out. Simply put, it would have been easy to ignore me due to the distance between us, but they made it right. That is why it was important to post an update to my original issue. More

This is my 3rd new TSX from McGrath and Ben. Each experience has been excellent. I was encouraged to come in by letter and e-mail to have my existing lease reviewed. This resulted in walking (driving experience has been excellent. I was encouraged to come in by letter and e-mail to have my existing lease reviewed. This resulted in walking (driving) out with a new car at a slightly lower lease price. I couldn't think of a downside to this transaction! I hadn't planned to turn my previous lease in early, but this was a happy surprice and it's a very sharp looking and comfortable car for me. I bought a Certified vehicle from McGrath Acura of Morton Grove. I had certain issues on the vehicle I purchased which is really complex to explain here. Gene, the Sales Manager, and Ronald spend a lo Morton Grove. I had certain issues on the vehicle I purchased which is really complex to explain here. Gene, the Sales Manager, and Ronald spend a lot of the time to resolve the problem. They were ready to listen to me, and spent a great deal of time to resolve all the problems. I really think that they value customers. I am very impressed with Gene and Ronald, and all the people I met at this dealership. This is a legitimate statement.
