We flew from Tennessee to Chicago to purchase an automobile that had been traded into the dealership. Have been leasing vehicles with them for years; however, when I leased my new 2025 RDX they told me they “couldn’t find the key” and promised it Monday. Now Monday- I call them back multiple times and no re when I leased my new 2025 RDX they told me they “couldn’t find the key” and promised it Monday. Now Monday- I call them back multiple times and no response from either the salesman or the sales manager Rony. Producing a second key for any new vehicle is bare minimum which this dealership has failed to do for me. On top of that ghosting my calls when I inquire about the vehicle I’ve just leased. More
