During the road trial I mentioned how I had driven this same vehicle at another dealership and it had the exact AC issue. Upon returning to the dealership lot Rowan performed a google/youtube search on troubleshooting this AC issue where cold air doesn’t blow from the dashboard vents. The video mentioned common causes which brought us to an easily fixable vacuum leak under the dash on the passenger side. Quickly verifying a functional AC system was a large portion of my purchasing decision. More

I absolutely dread car dealerships and I am thrilled I chose McGovern Subaru. It took about 2.5 hours to test drive, work out the deal, settle up with finance, have my new car cleaned to perfection and dr chose McGovern Subaru. Phil Nolan is my favorite car salesman I’ve ever come across- I spoke with about 10 dealerships before I found him. Other dealerships I spoke with lost me with their incredibly high stress sales tactics, talking with Phil was very easy and laid back. He sent me a video introducing himself and showing me my car before I came in, which went a long way! He was extremely thorough, knowledgeable and honest with me. No hidden fees, high pressure tactics, missing features, or getting to the finish line only to have the numbers change- everything was exactly as it should have been! The process from reaching out to driving away in my brand new 2026 Subaru Outback Limited at a price I was comfortable with was as easy as possible. He answered every question I had, and earned my trust at every step of the way with honesty. I would give him my business over and over again, and will recommend to friends and family.
