When I initially contacted your Dealership by phone (We live in NY's Hudson Valley and a 3-hour drive away), I was greeted by Ana, who pleasantly answered my questions about the availability of the Z4, and recommended having a sales person contact me as well as having them send me a video 'walk-around' of the car and its interior. The sales person was Fernando Batallas and he quickly texted me asking about any particular concerns I might have, and shortly thereafter sent the video, and followed up to ensure it suitably covered my initial interest. I scheduled to see it in person for a test drive on Thursday, 11/14; met Fernando who answered any and all questions and allowed my wife and I to take the test drive (In a word - awesome!) and on our return walked me through the purchase and warranty process. Once we agreed on the price and Dealer options, it was off to finance. The entire process was simple and straightforward. When my wife gives a "thumbs-up" on the sales experience (not easily earned), you know Fernando did his job, and did it well. He should be commended. More

Keith set my appointment which he was wonderful. I was told it would take approximately 45 minutes. When I arrived there was confusion as to why I was there and then if part was in.
