Joshua Hamel was fair and straight-forward in his dealing with my husband and I on our purchase of our new Hyundai. He did not try to over sell us or use high pressure tactics to get us to purchase somethin with my husband and I on our purchase of our new Hyundai. He was pleasant and easy to deal with, knowledgeable about his product line, and courteous. During the finalization of the sale the financing person, and I'm sorry to say I did not take his name down, made sure we have an easy time of it. When we bought our used Hyundai our salesman was very helpful he answered all our questions and helped to get us the payment we wanted. We had to bring the car in a couple weeks ago for a front end noise they replaced the strut mounts after a day the noise came back we returned to the garage they were very sorry and discovered we needed a break job it usually costs 259 dollars they offered to pay half because they didn't get it right the first time most garages we've dealt with don't care so much once you've bought the car. We would buy another vehicle from them. More
