I came in expecting your typical visit to a new car dealership. You know, 5 guys running to you, all promising you the world, instead 1 gentleman came up and introduced himself politly, and asked if h dealership. He showed me exactly what I wanted, without trying to sell me a more expensive car that I didn't need. The process was fast. I drove home my car 2 days later. I could have taken it home the same day, but it was late and my insurance company was closed. I came back to get it the next day, and to my surprise, found that the finance manager had gotten me a better rate than I thought i had already. The car was spotless and ready to go. I have purchased 7 cars in the last 20 years, and this was the best experience so far. Good job. Whoever is reading this should use these gentlemen as an example of how it should be done. Hats off! Upon our arrival @ this car dealer we were approached with a warm hello and were told that if we needed any help Josh was available. He left us on our own to just browse and think and talk. This was very refreshing as I was so used to "in your face" salesmen. As soon as he realized I had a car I was interested in he hurriedly took care to get the key and plate for me so I could take it for a ride. He even ran back to the car which I have never seen before anywhere! Once inside it was just as friendly an atmosphere. Josh worked hard to get me just what I was looking for. He was extremely patient with me when I was filling out information on the forms. Justin was equally as warm and friendly and also worked hard to come up with a car payment that I could live with. I will recommend Rte 2 Hyundai to everyone I know. I cannot say enough positive things about Josh and Justin as they were truly the most down to earth caring and friendly salesmen I have ever dealt with. I have been looking at the 2011 Hyundai Tucson for a couple of months and knew I was in need to purchase something soon. Having purchases other new vehicles thru out the years this was by far the most painless process we have ever been thru. Mark was informative and patient making sure we were completed satisfied with model this was by far the most painless process we have ever been thru. He insisted my wife drive the car numerous time to make she was completely satisfied with Sonata Limited we purchased. The price negotiation process at previous dealers was a back and forth haggling with many people involved which usually took most of the day. Not so at Rt2 Hyundai. Took less than ½ hour and we had a satisfactory price. Upon picking up our new car Mark make sure we understood all the features and there capability before we left the dealership. Even though he was totally familiar with the navigation he had us talk with another sales representative who had the same car with the navigation system. Brian Smith was a fantastic salesman, he was always there for me when I had questions and even came in on his day off so he could be there when I picked up my car. I only rated customer service as 'good' because there was difficulty with the correspondence between the dealer and the bank/insurance.. having to ask them multiple times to fax the documents, when I finally talked to Brian, he took care of it immediately and the documents were faxed. I went in to test drive a santa fe, but after speaking to johnny for a few minutes, realized that the tucson is a better fit. Johnny was sent to him.
