I had a great experience this past Friday. I walked in upside-down with my BMW to trade for a lower payment, not ever thinking I would be able to DECREASE my payments/gas/car insurance by about $400-500/m upside-down with my BMW to trade for a lower payment, not ever thinking I would be able to DECREASE my payments/gas/car insurance by about $400-500/month. Zach was super friendly, knowlegable and efficient to work with. He seemed much older than 21 years old (maturity and professionalism). I am bringing my mother to the dealership this week, and my co-worker and friend is looking to go too. Great job! More

We entered the showroom expecting to learn about the cars, and left with keys in hand. It was a pleasure spending extended time with Nicole, and she was extremely patient and relaxed. This story sounds scary at first but trust me without Route 2 hyundai i would be in deep trouble right now. To start I knew what I was looking for and wasnt sure I could evan get a loan. Brian found me several vehicles that I was looking for and Mikey had the loan processed and a couple hours later I was on my way home with a new to me used car that was a great price. Now to the scary part.I completly understand that no matter how well a mechanic checks a car out for sale things can go wrong "some vehicles more than other" and boy did it happen to my car.So many random things went wrong with vehicle it seemed it would live in the shop. This is the good part of the story.For starters Route 2 hyundai gave me no trouble at all fixing any complaint I had about my vehicle evan the smallest of things which most people wouldn't evan notice.To top it all off without hesitation they put me in a 2011 Sonata so I would not be inconvieced at.AS you might guess at this point I am worried but my salesman Brian,Store Manager Mikey,and Service Manager Jessy assured me things would be solved no matter what and they were right. Also big props to Route 2 Hyundai my vehicle broke down afer the warrenty expired on something that I thought was wrong with vehicle and did not repeat problem for mechanic at the time"Can't fix what ain't broken or acting funny".Well when it did most dealerships would be happy to fix the problem and send you a bill, But not Route 2 Hyundai.These guys repaired my car which would have been and extremly costly repair at no charge to me and still gave me a 2011 loaner car at no cost to me. Would I go back to Route 2 Hyundai? Absolutly! I now bring all my families cars to Route 2 hyundai for service and most definatly will shop for my next vehicle there as well. Thanks to the crew at Route 2 Hyundai not only is my credit back on track but I also have and excellant running 2005 Hyundai Tucson.If your in the market for a new or used vehicle don't waist your time at other dealerships make one stop at Route 2 Hyundai and leave with a nice vehicle,a smile on your face, and the confidence that you will be treated like a king. After many years of car buying experience, this by far has been the best. This was the first time I have left a dealership not feeling like I've been tricked or cheated. The sales staff were very friendly and accommodating to my husband and I. We were greeted at the door when we arrived by a friendly sales representative. During the purchasing process we were made to feel as though we deserved the best treatment and service. Due to an internet error we were given the better price on the vehicle. While we were waiting we were offered soda or coffee. I have to say that this is the first time I was "happy" after buying my car. I would definitely buy other cars from this dealership and recommend Rt 2 Hyundai to all my friends and family. Thanks again to all the service staff for making my experience the best ever! More

Sales people were excellent. Had bad experiance with car service, I brought my new 2012 sonata in for an alinement twice, car pulling to the right and now have to bring it back again. returned to the servic service, I brought my new 2012 sonata in for an alinement twice, car pulling to the right and now have to bring it back again. returned to the service dept. for the third time was told that the road was causing the problem. I insisted that the service manager come with me for a ride, after seeing this was a serious problem he gave me a rental for the second time and said he would have to contact the manufacturer. Brendan Grier at Route 2 Hyundai was a pleasure to deal with. The first time we went in, we told him we were test driving different vehicles that day. (Not several annoying calls as other dealers did) We had a few questions in the month following our test drive, and Brendan was always available to take our questions. When we decided to purchase a new vehicle (BIG decision!) we had a very easy and pleasant time throughout the whole process - absolutely no stress whatsoever. The finance representative was also very helpful, providing us with better options than we had originally considered or knew existed, for both financing and a warranty. I'm happy to do business with this dealership as they were unlike any other dealership I had been to. Friendly, courteous, low-pressure, knowledgeable and available. More

I had a great experience with Johnny C. He was able to get me the car I loved, fully loaded with great features for an amazing price.
