I usually refrain from leaving bad reviews, but my recent experiences with McGovern in Everett, MA, compel me to speak out. This is my second unpleasant encounter with their customer service, specific recent experiences with McGovern in Everett, MA, compel me to speak out. This is my second unpleasant encounter with their customer service, specifically with Service Advisor Mr. Morganelli. Three months ago, I visited McGovern for a service on my vehicle. I felt the customer service from Mr. Morganelli was rude, but I decided not to leave a bad review, thinking everyone has a bad day. Unfortunately, today's visit was no different. Mr. Morganelli was again unprofessional and dismissive. Given these repeated negative experiences, I have decided this will be my last visit to McGovern. The poor customer service from this particular advisor is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this location to others. More

Went in today for an oil change. Was in and out in about a hour! Customer service was amazing, they were really nice and professional from the second I walked in. Bobby was my Service Advisor on 5/15/24 and had a wonderful experience, he explained everything in detail what my Ridgeline need it and made me feel at ease when I left the dealership.
