After having two other trucks sold before we could see them from other dealers, we decided to search the internet. After finding our make/model we called Honda Cars of Boston. Jeff, the internet person them from other dealers, we decided to search the internet. After finding our make/model we called Honda Cars of Boston. Jeff, the internet person was very cordial. He took the time to go out to see if the vehicle belonged to a smoker, which would have been a deal breaker. Than not being the case, we told him we were over an hour away from their location so he put the vehicle on hold. Jeff introduced us to Al Vielleux on our arrival. Al was gracious and kind to us and this was truly our first time that we felt that we had not been had by a car salesman. Our experience was an extreme pleasure even through the little hiccups that we had to go through to make the deal happen. I would certainly would encourage anyone looking for a Honda to give them a try. More
First of all, I do not work for this dealership, this is a true review. From the first internet/email response I received to the final sale, I felt I was in the company of friends, ie normal people who I'd a true review. I visited four other dealers before coming here. Although I'm in sales, my initial thoughts were that the experience of buying a new car hasn't changed much. Someone assigns a salesperson, you talk a little, take a drive, sit back down, talk about price, then thank him or her for the time, try to head for the door in order to go back home and research some more (and usually get asked to wait until the sales Manager comes by,, groan,,,, ) BUT the experience at Honda Cars of Boston was different.A few things that impressed me were: - Response time: As opposed to other car makers and dealers, I believe that their initial email responses were actual emails, as opposed to the generic auto-response emails I received from other dealers. Rob Giovannucci reached out to me quickly and with content.. not fluff - Knowledge: Eric Marcello knows his stuff, plus his approach was straightforward and appreciated. - Manners: I learned in sales that if someone comes into your place of business, they should be treated like a guest. Well, Rob and Eric and John treated me like that from the initial meeting. Financing: John Mancini did a great job making the finance process very understandable and straightforward Bottom line: I believe I came away with a very good price, from a very reputable dealer and from good people. Roberto and Ben took the extra time and effort to make sure my husband and I had Honda Cars of Boston really know how to connect with the customers. Roberto and Ben took the extra time and effort to make sure my husband and I had the best experience. We went into Honda Cars of Boston to get a 20,000 mile check up on our 2008 Honda Civic lease and were able to get into a Hybrid and end our lease early. Rob and Ben were so helpful throughout the process we ended up signing a new lease for a 2010 Honda Insight Hybrid without any complications. I am definitely going to return to Honda Cars of Boston for future inquiries for cars. More

This is the best dealership experience I've ever had. I began my research process via the Internet groups at various dealerships. By far, Rob Giovanucci (Internet group, Honda Cars of Boston) was the most knowledgeable of all Internet sales teams I spoke with at other dealerships. By the time I came into Honda Cars of Boston to do a deal, I had already gone to another dealership where they had some trouble understanding how to sell cars. I was very clear with all the dealerships that I wanted to see the lease factors (MSRP, negotiated price, money factor, residual rate, etc) in order to run calculations and make an informed and quick decision. Honda Cars of Boston was the only one that listened to my request, complied and did not play games...and that's why they got the business. Additionally, they work very well together. As soon as the deal was agreed upon, the contract and finance papers were quickly and accurately produced (John Mancini did a great job). The car was delivered the next business day (signed on Saturday, picked up Monday). Accessories were installed correctly and I was given the most thorough car orientation ever (Eric Marcello knows these cars inside and out). This is a customer-centric dealership.
