My advice is to find another dealer if you want good customer service. I have only had the car for 2 weeks and dealing with rich fonzi about issues that has come up has been a nightmare. Great customer attention. They get the car right in and have a comfortable waiting room. Fortunately I did not have to wait long at all for a major service appointment. Each person seems to know exactly where they are going and what they are doing. Very pleasant...almost like dining at an upscale restaurant without the food...but short walk for breakfast or lunch. I had the pleasure of meeting the owners, the Giacchino brothers, who seem to be genuinely caring and bring an air of fun to their job....sort of like the Marx brothers! When employees appear to enjoy their work it is testament to a first class business! I actually enjoy bringing my car in for service. This is my second honda from this dealer. I had brought my ten year old Accord in for service last week. I was traveling on buiness in the MA area and my check engine light came on at around 4:30PM.
