Walked in, everyone was smiling and pleasant. Not pushy for sales. Readily available to answer all of our questions. We felt very comfortable with them. Despite the fact of having a bit of a problem with my credit consequence of loosing my job 4 years ago, when I went in for a trade-in vehicle, Mr. Ben Crocker and Luis Lopez worked together patiently and very efficiently so that I could have what I wanted and the same day I happily left with a new car.
