I chose this dealership based on the many positive reviews on this website. I dealt with Frankie and Juan - they were professional and knowledgeable. It was an overall great experience. From the initial phone contact to the test drive, negotiation and finance process they made it clear that they wanted my business w/out making me uncomfortable. Everyone I encountered at Honda Cars of Boston was pleasant and helpful. I had done my research first and knew what I wanted, what I was willing to pay and what I wanted for my trade. I also had several pre-approved finance offers so I knew what my interest rate should be (they beat the other offers). The final deal was very close to what I expected and I'm very happy w/ it. The car is great and exactly what I wanted. I would recommend this place to friends and family. I'll give them a try for service when the time comes and will post a review at that time. More
