As expected, we had a very good experience. The truck was fairly priced and "as advertised" in appearance and features. We looked at other benchmarks and comparable vehicles in the area and this one was a good buy in that regard. The paperwork was painless and they were flexible and accomodating in moving things through as fast as possible (we were replacing a totaled vehicle so we were dealing with insurance companies, rentals, etc and timing is everything). Overall, no pressure, no hassles... we are very comfortable doing business at York Ford; everyone there is professional and friendly. More

I bought the Ford Edge Limited. Everyone at York Ford was very friendly. John King was very up front about everything. They were much easier to deal with compared to other dealers. In addition to providing efficient routine servicing on my vehicle, Christine made it possible for me to utilize repair and rental options available through my Ford ESP warranty. I strongly recommend that customers not bypass the opportunity to include an ESP warranty with purchase of a new Ford, as this plan is worth the cost. I honestly do not feel that any other dealership would have given me the high level of assistance and expertise provided by Christine Morganelli - she really is exceptional!
