BROUGHT MY 2006 FUSION IN FOR ENGINE NOISE AFTER CONSULTING WITH KEN MARSHALL SEVICE MGR THEY RESCHELDULED ME FOR A FORD REP TO INSPECT FROM THAT POINT OF TIME THEY HAD IT INSPECTED ,ORDERED THE CONSULTING WITH KEN MARSHALL SEVICE MGR THEY RESCHELDULED ME FOR A FORD REP TO INSPECT FROM THAT POINT OF TIME THEY HAD IT INSPECTED ,ORDERED THE ENGINE ,REMOVE & REPLCED THE ENGINE WAS LESS THAN TWO WEEKS AND THEY GOT ME A RENTAL FOR 10 DAYS AND HAD ME BACK IN MY CAR FOR LESS THAN $150.00 INCLUDING THE DEDUCTABLE FOR FORD WITCH WAS $100.00 FOR ENIGINE .SO FOR EVERYONE WHO IS AFRAID OF THIS BEING THIER BIGGEST NIGHTMARE WHEN BUYING A CAR THEY MADE IT LIKE IT NEVER HAPPENED THANKS More

Our windshield wipers stopped working during the 10" rain storm and we needed to get them fixed and get to the airport within two hours. We stopped in at York and they immediately checked out the vehicle a storm and we needed to get them fixed and get to the airport within two hours. We stopped in at York and they immediately checked out the vehicle and told us it was a broken link off the motor and the part wasn't in stock. They checked other sources and were able to find one and offered to pick it up and have the car ready within two hours. We hadn't eaten. Caesar offered to drop us off at the mall so we could get some lunch then called us when the car was ready and had us picked up. The car was ready to go on time. It was just a great experience and we appreciate the time and effort the company spent to make sure we were taken care of. More

I went into York ford knowing I wanted a new ford fusion. I had already been to one other dealership and was not impressed. I was met at York ford by salesman Vinnie Gordon. From the start he was a no nonsense guy that did not pressure me at all. Long story short, I bought the car from vinnie and I am very satisfied. About a week later vinnie had intervened on my behalf to help me obtain a $500 discount credit on the car I already bought. I received a check from ford a week later. I highly recommend York and especially vinnie Gordon. As an aside,vinnie is also quite funny. More
