We finally were able to purchase a pre-owned Ford Explorer. We had tried two other dealerships where we found nice vehicles that met our needs but we were treated badly and were pressured into servi Explorer. In the end we walked away from those experiences disappointed and angry. Vincent Gordon at York Ford treated the way we wanted to be treated. He did not apply pressure to do anything in particular he simply offered us good service. He answered our questions, explained our options for financing, and provided detailed information about the vehicle we wanted and didn’t apply undue pressure regarding services we didn’t want. We would recommend Vinny Gordon to anyone who was looking for a new vehicle. He is very knowledgeable in all automotive areas as well as friendly and honest. Deb and Dave More
I bought a 2002 Ford F150 at York Ford in Saugus. I had been looking for a long time and knew what I wanted. Mr. Gorden was very friendly and forthcoming in his sales approach. I did not get financing thro been looking for a long time and knew what I wanted. Mr. Gorden was very friendly and forthcoming in his sales approach. I did not get financing through the dealership, but through AAA, as the rates were lower. It took longer to get the loan but when it came through, Mr. Gorden picked me up in my home town, drove me to pick up the check, then back to the dealership to settle the finances. I felt this went beyond what I expected from my purchase and it was greatly appreciated as it saved me a lot of hassle, as I did not have a vehicle to get around in. The truck is clean, looks almost new and best of all, there was no high pressure sales man at York. I was very impressed with Mr. Gorden and liked his style of salesmanship. He was friendly and honest. I would recomend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle. Everything went smoothly and I am enjoying my new truck. More

We had a very good experience with the salesperson and York Ford in general. Price was very good. The only issue I had, and it was a minor one, was that two weeks after we purchased our car, the oil cha York Ford in general. Price was very good. I would have expected that they gave the car an oil change prior to us picking up the car. Overall though we would recommend them to others and will be going back to them in the future. More

Dear Rater, On May 25, 2010, my 2011 Mustang 5.0 was delivered to me!!!! On June 20th, I was driving with my wife and I witnessed a terrible skip in my 5.0!!!! The next morning at 6:00 A.M., I was at York Ford talking with the Service Manager, Christine Morganelli. I asked her if she had room for my car to be serviced, but she told me that the schedule was pretty much filled for the 21st. She booked an appointment for my car on Tuesday the 22nd. That afternoon (the Monday the 21st), she actually took my car in on the way home from work. As you can imagine this was a very nerveracking period for me not knowing what the problem was with my new ride. On Tuesday afternoon at 1:50 P.M., Christine called to relieve my tension and tell me that Kyle, the Technician that worked on my car, had come to her to say that the problem was only a loose connection on #8 fuel injector. Thank You God!!!!!!!!!!!! I went and picked the car up, everybody at York Ford was very congenial. Kyle doing such a good job, I made him take a tip for appreciation, he was very humble and accepted it, albeit reluctantly. Enterprise Rentals desk at York Ford, also,last but not least, called me in the middle of the day to make sure the car I rented was satisfactory!!! Wait a minute, this is Massachusetts, people are supposed to be a pain the A--!!!! Well, Steve and the person (I think his name was Mike), that called in the afternoon, could not have been nicer. My last entry will be Paul Ferry. He is the body shop manager. When I was dropping the rental car off, Steve, the man that rented the car to me wasn't there. Paul Ferry said to me that Steve wouldn't be there for another 45 minutes and I could just leave the keys with Paul Ferry and Steve would bill my credit card. Forty five minutes later my cell rang with Steve on the other end to give me a heads up on what my total bill would be and make sure I was satisfied with the car. Total satisfaction all around, with the whole repair experience on this seemingly "simple", warranty repair. More
