I've been leasing trucks since the early 90's from Ford and when I moved back to MA in '93 I met Bob Turner at York Ford. I had some concerns with my out-of-state trade in but Bob made the transition as sm and when I moved back to MA in '93 I met Bob Turner at York Ford. I had some concerns with my out-of-state trade in but Bob made the transition as smooth as possible. Since then, I've aquired 3 more leases through York and Bob was always there to assist me. Bob's knowledge and skills as a sales person are by far the best. With aquiring my new 2011 Lariat, I was given many options and opportunities that fit my budget and Bob was very thorough with assisting me with them. I was also given a quick hands-on tutorial from another sales person with SYNC (even though he was tied up with another customer). Absolutely GREAT SERVICE at York Ford from all staff.... More

Jim is very friendly to work with and made the process very easy. I called Jim a couple of times after hours on his cell and he answered promptly. My overall sales experience was very good. I just went to York Ford and I'm a 30 year old professional woman who looks a bit younger. I was treated like Julia Roberts in the movie Pretty Woman when the attendents on Rodeo Drive refuse to w professional woman who looks a bit younger. I specifically wanted to test drive the 2009 Ford Taurus Limited as the internet posting was the reason I went to this dealership and the salesman REFUSED to take it out of the showroom. I asked about a Mercury Milan also listed on the website and was told that a salesman was driving it. I am disguisted at this dealership and walked out without testing driving any cars since I was told no cars on lot were in my price range ($15,000-$17,000)!!! More

Worst experience I have had at any dealership. Customer service is non-existent. When I dropped off my car I entered the service department where 4 employees took a good 2-3 minutes before even acknowledg service is non-existent. If you want to try and get an update on the progress of your repair...good luck. When you call this dealership you are bounced from voicemail box to voicemail box EVERY time you call. You never get a live person. Has to be the most frustrating customer service experience ever. More

Went in looking for a use car I saw on York Fords web site there price for a 2007 certified owned car was what I wanted to pay and with my Saturn trade in it made the deal even better. I had a great experience buying my used Totoya Sequoia from Jim. I went in for a test drive and after I was not pressured to buy. This was my first car buying experience and I wasn't sure how things were going to go. York Ford was the third place I had visited and the first two places were fine, but when I visited York Ford and met Ji how things were going to go. Despite him being fairly new to the company he tried to find a car in the price range that would suit me and he did that successfully and took us out on a test drive right away. He was never too pushy and answered any questions I had to the best of his ability and was friendly in doing it. Once I knew I was buying my used 2008 Mustang, I dealt with the financer who was also very courteous and able to answer any questions I had. I can only remember her first name, but it was Cheryl and she was able to get me in the exact range I was hoping even with some extra options included. I would recommend anyone to York Ford and to Jim specifically as he is a great asset to their sales department. More
