2nd time around In 2012 i purchased a new F150 from York Ford from Jim Fauci. He was the best sales person I had ever met. So this year I decided that it was time to look for another truck since i had put a ton of miles on mine. Yet again Jim came through. He never once tried to over sell me any thing or put me in a vehicle I did not want. Roberto Cutone was also very friendly and helpful. He helped me through the finance process very efficiently. He was also great in communicating to me as to when my truck would be ready to be picked up. I highly recommend Jim Fauci and York Ford if you are looking for a new or used vehicle. They respect everyone that comes through the door and listen to their needs . I have never been to a dealership like this one and will definitely keep going back. More

Horrible Sales member Absolutely appalled at how un-professional the sales "kid" was at our recent visit. During price negotiations he abruptly left and said " Well I guess we are done here". Sitting their completely shell shocked, we thought he was joking but he never came back to the desk. We ended up taking our money and walking out. I am disgusted by how rude he was and will be putting in a call to management. Luckily we purchased another vehicle from a more professional and courteous dealership. Seriously don't bother with these people. More

No Hassle, More Hustle! Great place!!! I discovered York Ford a few years back when my then-boyfriend bought a truck from them. I was so impressed with how smooth & easy the process was tha I discovered York Ford a few years back when my then-boyfriend bought a truck from them. I was so impressed with how smooth & easy the process was that I started referring friends there. Jim Fauci was our sales associate and he changed my perspective of dealership dealings. He is incredibly easy to talk to, honest, funny and down-to-earth. No pressure, no slick talk. He gets things done quickly, fairly and with a genuine smile. Last week, it was my turn to buy a car. My husband & I need to move to Florida to get him a liver transplant and I needed a safe, reliable & roomy vehicle for the drive down. This is obviously a stressful time for me, but Jim made the whole experience effortless and easy. Saw the car I wanted (2014 Escape) and was driving it less than 5 days later. No drama, no anxiety. As a side note, Roberto the finance specialist was just as wonderful and stress-free to work with. I have been recommending York Ford for years and will absolutely continue to do so.
