After looking at Ford Edge cars at other dealers, when I went to Fram Ford the selection was newer, better and cleaner. Joe was so nice and fun to work with and Mike is the "GURU" of SYNC. Even with my lowend Convoy phone he persevered and got it linked up. I was really on a mission of buying a car, so I went to 2 previous dealership where I didn't feel welcome at all and even, to be truthful, felt almost I was bothering the sales people. The sales guy, name Rick Cramer, came to us and was very nice and welcoming and right there, on the spot, I decided that I would buy my car there. After two test driving, one on the Focus e another on a Fusion, I liked better the second and the whole staff were very nice and honest with us. I would highly recommend them to someone else. Absolutely, great experience, the salesmen, Jerry was really professional, he worked with us through a bunch of new and used cars.
