The sales process was very difficult a great deal was wasted haggling over price but their real problem is the service department is very very bad. They attempt to sell you on things you don't need or ar wasted haggling over price but their real problem is the service department is very very bad. They attempt to sell you on things you don't need or are not broken. I went in to get the 4x4 fixed when they called back to tell me it was ready they told me my truck had uneven tire wear and needed an alignment. I had just purchased new tires 2 weeks before and had it aligned, when I confronted him about this he just moved on and said the truck was ready. Even though it was still not fixed, they claimed to have taken it for a test drive but if they had they would have heard the problem. I will buy a car from these people again just because of their service department. More
