However, I was lucky to get Josh Lipoff as my salesperson - he made my experience very pleasant. He was respectful; he was friendly; he listened; and I felt reassured by his knowledge of the Ford market. The gentleman who worked in the business office was another story, however. I felt like I was clearly getting in his way and prohibiting him from leaving work when he wanted. I felt rushed and disrespected. He was good at fulfilling the stereotypical 'fast talking' car salesman role. Is he like this with everyone? Framingham Ford is a great place to make your purchase if you can get Josh Lipoff as your salesperson - he will make your experience a quality one. More

The worse oil change I recent left my car for oil change that cost me 867.13, soon I drove my car I noticed the engine sounds like an airplane ready to take off. I went back they test and inform the radiator leaking I had to pay for all service and new radiator. But thanks Ford for the complimentary exterior wash. I know one thing my car was running fine until that oil change. More

When I called they were very pleasant on the phone. Brittany and Nancy were very nice and helpful. I asked Brittany to call me back after vacation and she did which lead me to Joshua in sales who made my buying experience exceptionally easy. Brian did everything he possibly could to make both my husband's and my experience seamless. He was sensitive and compassionate about out situation and tried to ensure the car was a match for us without pushing to "just make a sale". Brian was there for our every question and need. When I need to upgrade my Lincoln in four years, I shall return to Framingham Ford first, and hopefully Brian will still be the one to assist us!! More

A great car-buying experience After a disappointing experience at another Ford dealer (they wouldn't hold the car - even with a deposit - unless I filled out a credit application t After a disappointing experience at another Ford dealer (they wouldn't hold the car - even with a deposit - unless I filled out a credit application through them - "company policy" - and I was already pre-approved with my bank), my wife and daughter drove out to Framingham Ford, met Chris Uhl, and found what they thought would be THE car for me. They were close - turns out that I liked the one next to it even better, and Chris and I agreed that it was probably the better choice. So what did I like about Framingham Ford and Chris? Let's start with product - I shopped around and quite frankly was disappointed with the selections I saw at other dealers - Framingham Ford had selection - and attractive pricing. Second - Chris knows both his product and his lot - and he knows how to work with a customer (and his wife and daughter too). I had questions, and he had thoughtful and helpful answers. Third, there was no non-sense from a business standpoint. Reaching a fair price was not the epic drama that I've experienced at other dealers (and walked away from). Once we had an agreement, Chris went out of his way to be supportive of my needs and schedule. This is a family-owned dealership that knows how to treat a customer. Great car, great sales team (many thanks, Chris), and great dealer (no steam roller on this lot)! Overall - a great experience. More
