And when I got there it took just about an hour and that is with a test drive, before I bought my new F150 4X4. Love the truck. The Professionalism of that Dealership really took me back. Joey Harrington was awesome, excellent overall experience! I purchased my first Ford 5 months ago. I met Joey Harrington in sales, and we took an Explorer for a test drive. Before I decided to purchase, I plan I purchased my first Ford 5 months ago. I met Joey Harrington in sales, and we took an Explorer for a test drive. Before I decided to purchase, I planned on writing a letter of recommendation for him because he had the perfect blend of professionalism, enthusiasm, and patience (absolutely no sales pressure). After driving the Infinity QX60, Audi Q7, Buick Enclave, and Volvo XC90, I choose the Explorer because it had: the most comfortable ride, plenty of power, 4 wheel drive only when I need it, amazing technology, and most importantly, impressive safety features. I ended up ordering a new vehicle from the factory, which I'd never done before. Joey made the process easy and fun! The price negotiation was seamless and I felt completely satisfied without a lot of back and forth. When the Explorer arrived, Joey took the time to review it's most important features before I drove off with a big smile on my face. I was just back at Framingham Ford yesterday for my complementary 5000 mile oil change. Everyone was as friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable as I remembered. The service was completed more quickly than they told me, and I was again very happy with my overall experience. 5000 miles later, I love my Explorer more than ever and would definitely recommend Framingham Ford for anyone considering a new vehicle purchase.
