Low Pressure Sales - Excellent Customer Service We went in to look at a used car we saw online. First, I was very happy it was actually there - in the past I have gone to look at cars at other deal We went in to look at a used car we saw online. First, I was very happy it was actually there - in the past I have gone to look at cars at other dealers and the car isn't even there - then they try to sell you something else. So kudos to Framingham Ford for that!! Secondly, the sales person we worked with (Orlando) was very nice, helpful and low pressure. He answered all our questions about the car, we took it for a test drive and he gave us all the time we needed to make a decision. The price we got for the car I believe was fair. It was a certified used car but only a year old with low miles. It still had manufacture warranty left on it but we paid to extend it anyway. The financing process was painless and quick. Overall the experience was great and I would recommend the dealership and Orlando if you are in the market for a new or used car. More

I was looking for a new 2016 Lincoln MKC with end-of-year reduced price. I met with Orlando Rodriguez on Monday 11/21/16 and I purchased the car within an hour. In addition, the old leased car was handicapped equiped and need to have the handicap equipment transferred to the new vehicle. Framingham Ford made all the arrangements and gave me what I consider an excellent deal when compared with another local dealer. My wife and I love our Ford Vehicles and intend to keep renewing our leased vehicles with Framingham Ford in the future. More
