Escape had slow leak in tire. Lisa, sevice dept looked at the tire, advised me puncture to close to the sidewall & tire would have to replaced. I had the works every 6 months for 5 years. My warranty was 5 years so now i have all these repair. I'm sure these problems didn't suddenly come up. My car broke down on a major highway, 3 hours from home, as I was on my way to a wedding. Brian, in the service department, was a savior!!! He connected me to a towing operation and my car was delivered to as I was on my way to a wedding. Brian, in the service department, was a savior!!! I picked up my car last night and drove the 3 hours home and it appears the service department has fixed the issues. More
