Rosie, the service manager went out of her way to put me in on there very busy schedule and treated me like I was a family. Her knowledge and expertise is not what can found at other competitions dealershi in on there very busy schedule and treated me like I was a family. Her knowledge and expertise is not what can found at other competitions dealerships. It made for a pleasant customer experience which is not always the case with service work at car dealerships. I will definitely lobby for McGovern Drum Hill Ford for customer service. More

My experience with Drumhill Ford Lowell was excellent as always . My appointment was prompt & accommodating . The waiting area was spacious with work space desks which was very convenient . Rosie Cray was my service rep and made my visit simply easy & inviting . She sought me out in the waiting area bringing all the paperwork to me & my keys . Will Kenny conversed with me in the showroom & was very friendly . Nice crew over there .
