My wife and I came to Mcgovern Ford to purchase a new ford Maverick after a horrible experience at a different Ford dealer. We felt comfortable with the no pressure salesforce. When you walk in the staff meets you quickly and ask what you need and give you space without pressure. Once we ordered our vehicle, we were informed regularly of the status. Our 1st salesperson received a promotion which we were informed of and had a new person assigned. The dealer never skipped a beat, and they were just as amazing as the 1st person. Now the truck is in the day comes to bring the trade in and complete the deal. As with day one the experience is non pressure, and we trusted the Mcgovern staff throughout the process. My wife said to me I am glad we listened to our son and made the trip. We are from Rhode Island and made the 80 min. ride on the recommendation from our son who also purchased a car from Mcgovern ford. I am not mentioning individual names in this review on purpose, I am sure the folks know who they are (thank you guys). This is because our amazing experience at this dealer starts and is driven from the culture instilled by the Mcgovern Ford owners and no matter which salesperson you get the experience should be the same. Coming from a person that up until this point disliked car dealerships can tell you that shopping at Mcgovern Ford was a great experience. We would travel twice the distance without thinking twice, this is only the tip of the iceberg. I don't want to give everything away, but they wowed us throughout the process.
