Mark, a good communicator keeping us up to date on the status of obtaining insurance, financing approval and tried to find us a user manual for the Rav 4. When he could not find one, gave us an internet site whets we could order one. Ellen always answered the phone (did not have to leave voice message) and when there was an issue she coordinated the solution. Chuck Cote answered all our questions on the financing and obtained a good interest rate. Robert was very helpful and had the car I wanted pulled up and ready to go for a test drive. He asked what was important to me, was an attentive listener and made sure to address my needs. I came pre-approved from my bank with what I thought was a good rate (in an economic climate where rates are already high as it is). With permission; Corey the finance manager was able to get me a rate FIVE POINTS LOWER than what I was expecting. When Robert was helping other customers and I had a question, the Sales Manager Paul was able to step on and assist me. Taking delivery was quick and easy and I now own a really nice reliable preowned car with a FREE 5 year 100,000 mile warranty. Big ups to the staff at McGovern Ford! More
