Bought a used Jeep for sin w 30k mileage. It’s been less than 90 days but over 3750 miles so lemon law doesn’t apply. Son called bc car gas started numerous times and had to be jumped . Called for service and they told him it’s not covered and he should take it to a local place on the CapeCod bc it’s not like their prices will be cheaper so not worth the drive. Brought Jeep to another place and was told the battery was “junk”. So cost $220 to replace it, lemon law or not a battery should not be junk after a couple months. Never again will we buy from there as they should have stood by their sale. You judge dealerships and any sales transaction after they have your money. Lessen learned about this place. Buyer beware. I had a pretty long list of concerns with my Dodge Charger, and they took their time to evaluate the issues reassured all my needs will be courteous. After repairing my car, they took it on a test drive and was not 100% satisfied with the outcome and brought it back in to evaluate further. Once the finale repairs were made, and I drove my car away, and felt like I was driving a new car. Thank you McGovern Jeep. I highly recommend your services to anyone in need of repair. I can finally say that I’ve found a new home for my jeep. Was concerned about an issue that my vehicle was having. Called a local jeep dealer and they pushed me out a week. Found a 2019 Ram online and scheduled a test drive, showed up for the test drive and was handed the keys. Loved the vehicle but it did have some hail damage on the hood, McGovern fixed the hood at no showed up for the test drive and was handed the keys. Horrible Customer ServiceI purchased a vehicle and as Horrible Customer Service I purchased a vehicle and as part of the agreement McGovern was going to buy from me a vehicle I was leasing and had boug Horrible Customer Service I purchased a vehicle and as part of the agreement McGovern was going to buy from me a vehicle I was leasing and had bought out. McGovern was aware that it was going to take several months to receive the title and informed me that the purchase price they quoted for my vehicle "would not change". They have the vehicle in their possession and I have no payment! When the title was received and sent to McGovern they have now refused to honor the price quoted stating they were not aware it would take so long to get the title. The salesman (J. Murphy) I dealt with changed his tune once his deal was signed and he received his commission. The sales manager has been just as difficult to deal with in attempts to rectify this situation. Would never recommend this dealership to anyone. More

First, all Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep dealerships are independently owned and Chrysler has zero liability if they destroy and/or misdiagnosed your vehicle which is exactly what has happened in my case. I was forced to take my warranted jeep to an authorized dealership and have it diagnosed. This shop failed to diagnose and perform what you call speculated diagnosis and it cost 700. Week later the same problem reoccurred with the same error code and yet Chrysler accepts this kind of behavior. Be warned in purchasing any Chrysler, Dodge, AND Jeep vehicles you are on your own warranty or not. More
