He was extremely professional and helped me through the process as a first-time car buyer. Great Lease trade in after two years Leased a 2014 Durango from this dealership. Made a good deal in July 2014. I signed for 36 months 15k miles/year. However with my heavy driving my odometer was at 53,300 with 10 months to go! I was looking down a hefty $4,000 mileage charge next year. A red check ABS light came on and that was the incentive to inquire about trading this Durango in. Samson Moses was efficient and professional in outlining a deal for me after I brought in the vehicle and they looked it over. They (Samson and Denise A. the sales manager) made me a very attractive deal to trade in my 2014 for a brand new 2016 Durango Citadel with all the same safety features and only difference was the color. Turns out I was negative equity on my car (would cost me $4000 to walk away today). I did go to another dealership to try and match Acton's deal beforehand and they couldn't even come close! I called Samson, gave him a deposit over the phone on Friday. And picked up my new all shiny and new car Monday evening. It was in sparkling condition and I'm very happy with the process. It took literally 5 minutes to sign all the lease documents and hand over my 2014 keys to them. They took care of the lease cancellation (they essentially bought out my car and took care of the mileage overage charge). Would recommend this method of trading up a 3 year lease after two years to anyone. I a bit of money down, avoided a costly over-mileage charge in a year, my payments went up slightly. And I'm happy driving a 2016 instead of a 2014. More
