I Recently bought a used car from McGee Toyota in Putnam. I had the pleasure of working with Alec he listened to exactly what I was looking for and within minutes had a couple vehicles pulled up to the front I had the pleasure of working with Alec he listened to exactly what I was looking for and within minutes had a couple vehicles pulled up to the front of the building. After we went over the numbers and everything was explained to me very clearly and patently we then meet with Melissa in the Finance office and again was meet with patience and a great atmosphere. She talked us through everything and we finished the sale feeling comfortable and happy with our entire experience. This past Saturday, my wife and I took her 2023 4Runner in for routine maintenance. We got our schedules mixed and missed our 10 a.m. appointment by two hours! The folks in reception, graciously squeezed u in for routine maintenance. We got our schedules mixed and missed our 10 a.m. appointment by two hours! As usual, the work was performed flawlessly and promptly! I should also mention that the new facilities are state of the art, but still comfortable and accessible. For a recent extensive interior repair due to mouse infestation, Brendan was especially sympathetic and very helpful throughout the entire process. His explanations of the damage and options were detailed and clear. Once the work was approved, he worked with the insurance company to see that the job was done in a timely and complete fashion. I recommend McGee's service department to any Toyota owner. More
