And at my first hiccup, a mere 2 hours after buying my new car, who came to my rescue? KEVIN. I was playing with a latch on one of the keys, and Kevin said "probably don't want to do that", but I did it anyway and must have unlatched it. So a while later I realized I lost one of the panels off the fob (very much my own fault). But Kevin didn't let me lose any sleep about it - he just found a replacement plastic panel and has it waiting for me to collect. He is a HERO. Thank you Kevin for such a hassle and haggle free car buying experience. Maybe some people like trying to play hardball, haggling and negotiating price. I am not one of those people.
