Nissan Roadside Assistance is a joke. I’ll never buy another Nissan. My wife and kids were stranded for 3 hours after numerous calls for assistance. I ended up calling and had someone there in 30 minute another Nissan. My wife and kids were stranded for 3 hours after numerous calls for assistance. Called McGavock for help and was told by Will, the manager, that it wasn’t his problem. This service package is a scam and Will is a jerk. I’ll never buy another car here or a Nissan period. More
