I shopped several dealerships before visiting, and this was the only one that didn’t constantly hound me with calls and messages, which is what made me choose them first. I originally thought I would be buying another Honda, but they allowed me to take a Sportage on an hour-long test drive — something no other dealership offered — and I completely fell in love with the vehicle afterward. Overall, the buying process was fairly smooth. My only negative experience was with the finance manager, Mason, as I felt some of the sales tactics were overly high-pressure and a few interactions came across as condescending and rude. That said, I’m still giving the dealership 5 stars overall because the rest of the team has been excellent. I’ve returned twice since purchasing for accessories and service work, and Travis and the service department have made both experiences easy, professional, and enjoyable. More
