Vehicle's third visit for same issue (sunroof rattling). First time they took it apart and greased it as per service bulletin, on second visit, parts replaced, they said tthey would "take care of me" if thi First time they took it apart and greased it as per service bulletin, on second visit, parts replaced, they said tthey would "take care of me" if this came up again. Now, new ownership, I asked if they would honor this previous statement. I have an extended warranty and asked if they could eat the deductible, I was told yes, AFTER sevice completed I was told, no, too much time had elapsed since last visit for that issue. Service manager changed his mind. Had I known this, I would have taken it to different dealer. This is going to be recurring issue, tech was great, he let me know to expect another visit in 3 years or less for same problem More
