Worst Service Department Ever!!!! Have purchased every vehicle I have ever owned from McElveen. I will not spend another dollar in that place for as long as I live. The service department is the absolute worst in the industry. They will do anything in their power to not warranty things on the vehicle. Refused to warranty a suspension noise I was hearing. Charged me $390 out of pocket for what they said would fix the problem and it didn’t. Had a seam on my leather seat come undone and they stated that I could have stabbed it with something. Yea because I stabbed the leather in a $50,000.00 truck. I love GMC’s but I will not spend another dime in this dealership. Buyer beware that warranty means nothing at this place. More
Horrible management I happen to be beside two of their employees that were both driving dealer car. Black GMC Yukon XL and a black Buick Encore heading toward Columbia on I happen to be beside two of their employees that were both driving dealer car. Black GMC Yukon XL and a black Buick Encore heading toward Columbia on i26. The Buick obviously had a problem with it as something broke off the car hitting mine. I attempted to flag him down as he was swirving all over the road, ran me off the road twice! Which at this time we made eye contact and he refused to pull over. I call the dealership just looking for the employees that were driving those cars and about the damage to my car. They didn’t care at all. Said they don’t have broken cars in their lot and their employees would never do that. Didn’t ask to see the damage or invite me to come in to Sort it out. Very unprofessional! I will never spend a dime at this dealership! They need new management. More
Service department perform only part of service! Had 2500 suburban for transmission service at 115k miles. They swaped fluid and charged me $250. Should have replaced filter too. Service manager said they never do the full service and recommend against what manual and manufacturer require. What a joke. They will be glad to charge me 5k to replace my transmission when it fails prematurely! This s my second bad experience with them and my second time there. I must have rocks in my head for hoping they got better. Stay away! Go to hedrick. More

Fixed Baker GMC's mess up! I own a GMC Terrain and I had excessive engine oil consumption. Baker Motor Company GMC diagnosed the problem and got payment to fix it from GMC. The I own a GMC Terrain and I had excessive engine oil consumption. Baker Motor Company GMC diagnosed the problem and got payment to fix it from GMC. The experience was aweful, Chris Cosner at Baker is arrogant, disrespectful, has little to no regard for women and is a total disgrace to the GMC Brand. Baker got my vehicle kept it over a week without giving me any updates, I got the vehicle back and it was worse than when I originally took it to them. I was devastated, GMC advised me to try Mcelveen and that was the best choice. They worked with me to get a clear and accurate oil consumption test. Once they confirmed that it was still consuming excessive oil even after Baker GMC supposedly fixed it they did the right thing and had me reach back out to Baker to allow them to fix their own mistake. CHRIS COSNER refused to fix my vehicle. I reached back out to GMC and they worked directly with Mcelveen to get my vehicle fixed within a week. I first took my vehicle to Baker GMC in October 2017 and they still haven't gotten it right. Their technicians attempted to repair it and made it worse. Brendan and his manager found Bakers mistake, corrected it, and worked with GMC to hold them accountable. McElveen has been trustworthy and efficient. More
Great salesman poor quality inspections on used vehicles I purchased a 2007 chevy 1500 from the dealer. The salesman that helped me was very helpful and took care of me the whole time I was there. 2 weeks af I purchased a 2007 chevy 1500 from the dealer. The salesman that helped me was very helpful and took care of me the whole time I was there. 2 weeks after driving the truck the torque converter goes out. Not their fault stuff happens. They fixed it and sent me on my way. Not even a week after receiving the truck i take it to get an inspection done at firestone. Now I have over $1000 in labor alone to fix the truck because of an oil pan gasket and rear pinion seal and of course the warranty I purchased is useless. You can buy used from them if you want but just know you will get screwed when it comes to inspections done on the vehicles they sell. All they want is your money and if that means you being stranded on the side of the road then so be it. I will never buy another vehicle from them and will be sure to let everyone I know to do the same. More

I called him up and between Greg and the service department, had me in and out in no time! Great service all the way around. I'll never use another service center again! More
