Good old fashioned customer service I purchased a used car from McElveen for my daughter. They checked the car's carfax and also inspected the vehicle for me as she lives out of state a I purchased a used car from McElveen for my daughter. They checked the car's carfax and also inspected the vehicle for me as she lives out of state and I was worried about mechanical issues during the drive home. They also helped me to pick an extended warranty to help cover any future items that may be pricey for her to fix. I got a good deal and more importantly I felt like they were looking out for my interests. More

Horrible customer service. i purchased a truck on 3-22-15 as of today 7-8-15 i have not received a registration or tag. DMV has received no paper work from McElveen's. So the paper tag is out so I'm unable to drive the vehicle. Many visits have been make to the dealership along with many calls. Its the same thing every time, "we will check on it and get back to you." The customer service at this place is horrible. Please DO NOT buy a car from this place!!!!!!!! I always look at the reviews of businesses I deal with, wish I had look at McElveen's reviews before I purchased this vehicle. More
