Recently bought a vehicle. First they tried to push an $869 flashing brake light package. I asked for it to be removed, and in the process they managed to burn up the battery First they tried to push an $869 flashing brake light package. I asked for it to be removed, and in the process they managed to burn up the battery junction box. They had to send it to another dealer to get fixed because they said they were "too busy". My truck sat at another dealer for almost a month without any updates. Every time I called to ask for an update they just told me there wasn't an update, or to call the other dealer, but they kept that dealer secret for almost 2 weeks before their service manager told me to call them. It was pathetic. Terrance even tried to threaten me with my trade in saying if I didn't bring my trade in to them they would change or cancel my deal. Then they wouldn't look into an issue I brought up during a test drive. Issue still exists, but forget taking it back to McElveen, they'll have to send it somewhere else, or I risk them messing up again and being without another month because of how useless they are there. Go somewhere else, this company is just trying to take you for all they can and leave you high and dry. Run while you can. I'll never buy there again and I'll for sure tell everyone I can to stay away. I've never been treated so poorly and dismissed even though it was all their fault. More
In early January, I contacted Service Dept to have a flywheel/flexplate replaced. A 6-hour labor job. Waited a month to get vehicle on their schedule. Dropped Dodge Grand Caravan off on 4 Februar flywheel/flexplate replaced. A 6-hour labor job. Waited a month to get vehicle on their schedule. Dropped Dodge Grand Caravan off on 4 February 2025. 6 March 2025: I picked up my Van to have work done elsewhere. Took 30 minutes to find my Keys. So car was there over 1 month and THEY NEVER PULLED IT IN THEIR SHOP! Sat in their parking lot. Absolutely PATHETIC !! Word to the wise: Avoid having your car worked in there! More

ZERO STARS! I bought my 2017 Honda Accord from McElveen 3 years ago with over 100k miles on it. Since owning it I have had to do several repairs due to mileage that McElveen decided NOT to do before selling it. I was ok until last year when they said it needed a new transmission. The ext. warranty company paid for a new transmission but I kept having same issues. McElveen service manager stated they could not duplicate an issue. Here it is months later and my car is getting worse. I took it to Honda yesterday and found out McElveen put GM transmission fluid in my HONDA! Now I have to have transmission work done again and warranty ran out last month....go figure!!! They also NEVER changed timing belt so my car is not drivable right now. I have to come out of pocket a couple grand because of their negligence!!!! Car is not even worth what I currently owe either. Their finance company LCC is horrible and they are all crooks! More

They people are horrible. They treat you great when there taking your money but are horrible after. Now they have sold our information to to a company who is calling us non stop. Caller id says its McKelveen Buick but its really a company in Florida with poorly english speaking people trying to “buy” our car. Do not trust these pepple with you info. They are either completely dirt business people or not smart enough to introduce responsible practices that donr xxxx off the people who WERE customers at one point . Either way they had my i fo and now another company in their behalf is spamming my cell. Do not trust, do not walk on the lot More
HORRIBLE Service department. We needed service on our vehicle and allowed McElveen Buick GMC to perform the necessary work. While they had our family vehicle in the service department we received an OnStar diagnostic report via email showing all sensors working. Upon picking up the vehicle, the TPMS, tire pressure monitoring systems were not working on all four tires. Let's reiterate, while the vehicle was in POSSESION of the service department, we received an email from OnStar that ALL sensors were working. We asked the service department to fix the TPMS back to working order. The Service Department presented us with a $6300 estimate of items that needed repair and a 6-8 day window for repairs to be completed BEFORE they would fix something they broke. NEVER EVER EVER will we use McElveen Buick GMC for anything. Dishonest, greedy and unprofessional would be the words I would use to describe the Service Manager and his associates. More
