We do feel that the overall amount of time at the dealership could have been shorter since we did spend over 3-1/2 hours going through all of the hoops the financial personnel require. I would certainly recommend Bob or Karl to my friends. And I would encourage Texas Motors Ford to streamline the financial end of the transaction. We initially were interested in a Ford Fusion Hybrid 2011 and it drove out just fine but the mileage was high for the age of the vehicle and Bob brought out this great Kia Forte 2012 with only 4500 miles at the same price. I came in with a trade and some money down ready to get a used pickup. I took my car here after an accident, I was told it was I took my car here after an accident, I was told it was ready I came to pick it up and they had not completed the repair and the rear bumper that was I took my car here after an accident, I was told it was ready I came to pick it up and they had not completed the repair and the rear bumper that was painted had dirt and waves in the paint and they had put cosmetically damaged back up sensors back on the car ( it was a rear end collision) and the tire well in the rear did not have the drain or plug put back in. In addition they had tried to reuse the carped on the wheel well cover and it would no longer stick to the wood, I had to request they replace it, and the rear hatch is still not correct I took the car back today and they made an adjustment and I advised that morning that there was a lot of wind noise and he said when he brought it back that it was resolved, I got in the car and it was not I took the car right back to him and he took it around back He rode with me and he could not deny the wind noise, and this was after he brought the car back and said he did not hear anything came back after an hour and said that it was not due to the collision, I advised that it had not been that way before the accident and he said he disagreed and that that could not have occurred, I said that it can because a collision like anything else has a domino effect on all connected systems, some time there is no negative impact some time there is. And if the car was not like that before it needs to be put back the way it was before the accident. He refused , and as I left and was driving down the freeway I could hear the rear gate moving again. They are sloppy and they care more for the insurance company than the owner of the car. I called the insurance company and I have an appointment with Service King in the area, hopefully they can get the car fixed the first time. In addition Jeremy needs to have customer service training, it was more than obvious that he had a problem with me and the fact that I wanted my car back the way it was before the accident. When I purchased the Flex (2009) from Green Ford in Greensboro NC, the panels were not aligned correctly and they had a lot of wind noise and they tried several times to correct it and the techs there could not so I took the car to Crossroads Ford in Kernersville NC, and the first time they corrected the panels. All of this is part of the warranty work and part of Fords service records. I am very careful about my car and who I will let service it. When we first moved to Texas we used Grapevine Ford for an air-conditioned repair, which it took four visits to get right and $800.00 which is why I tried this dealership. I hope this is not indicative of the kind of service I can expect to get from Ford in Texas. I have a family of five and my eldest just bought a Ford GT, and my husband is shopping for a truck, and I have a 16 year old who we are looking for a car for, they want Fords, but if this is indicative of the kind of service we can expect from this dealership we will not purchase nor service our vehicles with this company. I walked in just wanting to look at a vehicle, I got the oppurtunity to look salesman was not pushy but showed me everything on the vehicle.
