As I pulled in to Texas Motors Ford, I greated by Bob Nemri and we started to look for the specific Ford truck I had in mind to buy. I purchased a new Ford F-150 from Darrin and Trey. Darrin is very friendly, showed me every truck I wanted to look at. Trey worked the numbers, this is the second truck I've bought from him. He is the guy that made it happen. We were quite a distance apart initially but he closed the gap to a number that I could not refuse. Pete is in the business office he presented all the "add-on" services, answered all my question without any high pressure. I didn't buy any extras, but Pete was pleasant to work with. I traded in a 2007 Ford SuperDuty with 90,000 miles and had it serviced every 5,000 miles in the Texas Motors Service Department. Service Department is great also and I plan on getting the new F-150 serviced there as well. More

Our 2005 Ford Escape threw a rod on Friday. Jerry in service referred us to Pat Snell. We came in Saturday morning. Pat helped us out even though he was juggling 3 customers. Pat wasn't available after we signed the paperwork, but he called and made sure everything was OK and had Lynn Self (who sold us the 2005 Escape at Texas Motors) deliver the new car and helped us sync our phones and showed us many of the features in the new car.
