What Others Say

I custom ordered my 2025 Ford Maverick, and I have to say the ordering process itself was fantastic. The salesperson I originally worked with made everything easy, never pressured me into adding options I didn't want, and the entire process was straightforward. Ford also did an excellent job keeping me updated throughout the build with email notifications from Ford.com. Up until delivery day, everything had been exactly what I hoped for. Unfortunately, that's where things started to go downhill. I received a text message telling me my truck was ready for pickup. I replied that I'd be there in about two hours. When I arrived at the dealership, I asked for the salesperson I had originally worked with and was told he had left to become a firefighter. That's awesome for him, and I had no issue with that. I was then introduced to Joshua. Joshua walked me outside to what he told me was my truck. Before I could even look at it, he was told it needed to be moved because it was blocking another customer in. No problem—he drove it around the corner so I could inspect it. Immediately I knew something wasn't right. Before I even opened the driver's door, I pointed out that it was missing my factory spray-in bedliner and my bed extender—two options that were very important to me. Joshua told me the service department would simply install those afterward. My first thought was, why was I told my truck was ready if it clearly wasn't? Then he showed me the interior. I immediately said, "This isn't the interior I ordered." At the same time, another employee (who never introduced himself, so I'm not sure who he was) happily informed me that "no XLT comes that way." I replied that I had custom ordered my truck and knew exactly what I had selected. Joshua continued trying to convince me that this was my truck and that I just didn't remember what I had ordered. I also pointed out that the wheels weren't correct. Please don't talk down to customers like they're children—especially someone who custom ordered a vehicle months in advance. Only after I was clearly frustrated did Joshua say he would double-check my order. He returned with Brian, who immediately confirmed what I had been saying all along: this was not my truck. Finally, someone who knew what was going on. By this point, I had already been at the dealership for an hour. I was then asked to wait while they located my actual truck. When my real truck was finally brought around, everything was exactly as I expected. It already had the spray-in bedliner installed, the bed extender was there, the correct wheels were on it, it had the full-size spare tire, and the beautiful all-black interior I specifically ordered. No gray and electric blue interior for me. After confirming it was finally the correct truck, I started the trade-in process for my 2024 Subaru with a clear title. The back-and-forth negotiating on the trade value took about an hour, which honestly didn't bother me because that's fairly typical. I had done my homework before arriving and had multiple quotes, so I expected a fair mid-range offer. I sent Joshua back twice to negotiate. What was frustrating was that every time Joshua came back with new numbers, he simply handed me the paper. He didn't explain what the different trade values meant for my monthly payment, what employee pricing discounts were being applied, or really anything else that was on the sheet. While we were discussing numbers, I also asked about adding a low-profile bed cover. We walked around looking at examples on other trucks, and he explained the options. The problem came when I looked at the pricing. The bed cover I wanted costs around $1,300 on Ford's website. Even ordering it online and having the dealership install it would have been roughly $1,500 with tax. Yet adding it to my purchase paperwork increased the cost by over $2,000. I couldn't understand why there was such a huge difference.

I just purchased a 2026 Ford Maverick Lobo from this dealership! My salesman was Jose Quezada and I loved his no pressure sales! He let me do my research and they beat competitors price without question! This is a 10 star dealership! If you’re wanting to get into a new ride go see Jose! They will take care of you!

Super easy process!! Great customer service!! Karl was very easy to work with, and got us into the exact car I had been eyeing for a while. Will definitely recommend to friends and family!!

Ray Lawliss from sales assisted us with our latest purchase of a 2026 F-150. Ray was patient and let us test drive a few trucks with different engines and features. He also took the time to answer any questions we had and never made us feel like we had to buy anything. Later that night, after much consideration, we finally decided on the vehicle we wanted. I want to personally thank Ray for making the purchase so easy.

Mitch, our salesman, was very helpful in helping us make the decision to buy our 2019 Dodge Ram. He was very professional. After the sale he contacted us to make sure we were still pleased with the truck.

My service advisor, Kyle, went above and beyond researching my warranty coverage for an expensive repair. He was knowledgeable and kind and helped get me back on the road.
