A walmart employee Edie Frizzell had told me that ford & walmart work hand in hand w a flexplan. I was uncertain of what that was however I became interested.As soon as I walked into the ford dealership I was treated like a lady.I wasn't confused nor intimidated by any car speak nor the salesmen.As a divorced woman who never bought a car this ordinarily would be a scary ordeal not so! I expect to have a good long working relationship & made a new friend. More

Took car in for recall service. They let me use a loaner car while mine was being worked on. It didn't take as long as they first thought to get the part in and get the car fixed, only 2 days! I went to the dealership to check out a Mustang I saw listed on the internet. I called first and spoke to Lynn Self and because he was so helpful I made it a point to ask for him when I arrived. He made me feel welcomed and appreciated even though he had no idea whether I was buying today or at another time, so I was just a potential customer. As we talked more I realized he was truly genuine in how he approached his customers. He made me feel like I was the most important customer in the dealership. I have bought many cars over the years and I have never had the kind of service Lynn provided me with that day.
