I have never before purchased a car at a dealership, although I have looked at a few. My experience at Texas Motors Ford was above and beyond different from all my other experiences. The Sales Staff (Eric and Lynn "Big Tex") were so kind and patient. They assured me every step of the way that they wanted me to get the car that I wanted. They were never pushy and answered all my questions. They both were concerned with the length of my travel (1hr 45min) to get there and made sure that it was convenient for me. When I went to pay for the vehicle I already had a loan arranged through another source. Jeff worked with me and got me a better rate. Overall I never felt rushed or pushed or coerced into my decision. When I took my Kia Soul home to show my Family they were all very excited for me and said how great the car looked and what a great deal I got. I will always look here first for my car purchases no matter how far away I live. More
