After searching for a new, 2013, F150 online, I was becoming extremely discouraged. Feb. is so-called "truck month" but I was unable to locate any real deals, until I came across TMF's website (on KBB becoming extremely discouraged. I had gone to the Kelley Blue Book website to research my desired truck, when I came across your site. You graciously advertised your "rebate" price, which was several thousand less than your competitors! I was thrilled! Originally, I had been looking at used trucks. Once I located your site, I was able to look at new ones! I was SO excited!!!! On this same site, I was able to locate "the truck of my dreams"! (or so I thought). After posting my interest note to TMF, I was almost immediately contacted by your Internet Sales rep, Stacey Sibley. She is AWESOME! Very friendly, sincere and ready to do what she has to do to please the customer. A couple of times I contacted her on her time off and she got right back to me with my answers! Now, THAT is customer service. After getting numbers on the truck, I realized that it wasn't quite the truck I wanted. I called Stacey back and she immediately went to the lot to find the one I wanted. Within an hour, she was back on the phone sharing the good news that you had ONE, and only ONE of the truck I wanted and it now had my name on it! I made an appt. to come to your dealership, with the sole purpose of purchasing this vehicle. Stacey made sure that as much of the paperwork as possible, was already completed so that it wouldn't take all day. I was very grateful for that since I traveled about two hours. Once at your dealership, I met with Stacey and got to see the truck and go for a test ride. I knew, instantly, this was the one I wanted. After a quick roadtrip, we were back in Stacey's office completing the paperwork. From here, I went to visit Mr. Pete Gutierrez. He took time to explain to me the various types of warranties and what he thought I could use and couldn't use. He explained the finance process to me so that I could understand it. It didn't take long at all, before I was sitting in the driver's seat, with Mr. Joe Kelly teaching me the various bells and whistles of this vehicle. He was able to answer all my questions without hesitation. He had me perform the functions so that I could get the hands on experience. I really appreciated that. Of course, Stacey was by my side the whole time, just in case any other issues arose. After a short instruction period, I was told that if I had ANY questions, I could simply pick up the phone and call an Joe. That made me feel assured that I wasn't going to be left out in the cold. Then, the instruction was over and I got handshakes from everyone! After a quick photo op with my new ride, I drove the 120 miles home in my brand new, Ford, F150, Lariat. Shopping at Texas Motors Ford was a Fantastic car buying experience! I have told all of my friends that if they are looking for a Ford, to check you guys out! You are AWESOME! Thanks so much More
From the minute that I met Vinny Losasso in the parking lot at Texas Motors Ford I knew that I was going to be able to do business there. I told Vinny what I was looking for in a new vehicle but told him that I would return later with my wife since I was buying her a new car. We set a time up that I would return and he delivered as promised. When I returned he had three cars ready to show and drive so that my wife had plenty of choices. it took awhile for her to sit in each car have a lot of questions answered by Vinny and finally test drive two different models. Never once did we feel rushed or mislead by any of the answers we received. even after spend hours picking the correct car we decided to go home and think the deal over. This is when I expected the high pressure sales pitch to kick in by the salesman and the sales manager but it never happened..They all respected and supported our decision which is the main reason we came back bright and early the next morning and purchased our new Ford Focus.This was a great buying experience and I'm looking forward to my next purchase from them.Thanks again Vinny, Nathon, and Carl. I have purchased many vehicles through the years and in most cases sales associates would try to talk me into settling for less simply to make a quick sale. That was not the cease with Lynn. We negotiated the deal in a short time period and I was completely satisfied with the price I paid. My overall experience with Texas Motor Ford has been nothing short of satisfied. Prior to this first vehicle purchase here I have only dealt with the service department and my experience has been nothing short of satisfied. That is what lead me to purchase here. I had already done my shopping online of the vehicles I wanted to look at...there were 3 models. Big Tex showed me exactly what I wanted...I narrowed it down to my top choice which was the 2012 Escape Lim wanted to look at...there were 3 models. Big Tex showed me exactly what I wanted...I narrowed it down to my top choice which was the 2012 Escape Limited(reason for used not new do not like the new body style of 2013/2014) ....they had a wide variety of inventory...no run around...not trying to sell me something I didn't want. I had picked out a couple of red and blue models online...ended up choosing a 2012 Escape Limited in gunmetal blue... excellent shape low mileage perfect condition. Went in filled out paperwork...approved in a less than timely manner...shocking considering we do not have the best credit. While waiting for the finance dept to get the paperwork drawn up and we signed. Big Tex sent the vehicle to be detailed....and they even filled up the gas tank(which we know is a big deal with fuel cost today). Big Tex didn't treat us like a bother as most dealerships do(sitting us out in a waiting room like we have done many many times over the years) he sat with us the entire time talking with us and actually treating us like family. I would recommend to anyone to go to Texas Motors Ford and ask for Big Tex anytime you are looking to purchase a vehicle whether used, new or even business(which will be our next vehicle)...we will be doing this with all of our future vehicles. More
