They were more concerned with selling me a "Battery I need" even though Sticker on my truck shows battery good. Then... they didn't do my premium maintenance, again. Won't ever go back!!! More

Bought a used truck. They said everything was checked out. And had its maintenance done. Took it home I got a Low tire Pressure notice on the app. Looked in the histor They said everything was checked out. And had its maintenance done. Took it home I got a Low tire Pressure notice on the app. Looked in the history through the app and since it’s been in the dealership’s possession, it’s had multiple Low tire pressure. They just kept filling it up knowing it had bad patch job. About a week after having it, the small chip on the windshield that I thought was filled when I bought it expanded across the hole windshield because of a snowstorm. The guy Who sold me the truck was nice but make sure you Check everything yourself don’t trust the Maintenance department to tell you the truth. More
