If it wasn’t for the general sales manager Brian Bertschy for intervening with the sale we probably wouldn’t have purchased a vehicle. The day we walked in we were assigned one salesperson who went back and for intervening with the sale we probably wouldn’t have purchased a vehicle. The day we walked in we were assigned one salesperson who went back and forth to management we couldn’t agree on anything and walked out. Brian called and we discussed what we were looking for in a truck and pricing so we came to an agreement. Went back to dealer and another sales person was assigned to us who didn’t really know what our deal was so again Brian had to intervene finally got the paper work done went to finance and we used our on bank because they couldn’t beat the interest rate. Hot all that done and basically handed us the keys and didn’t go over the vehicle or explain anything just thanks and on our way. So it will be a 4 star rating and only due to the general sales manager saving the sale because the rest of the process was just unorganized. More

The whole experience after we made it to the dealership was above and beyond our expectations. We visited approximately 6 dealerships and called numerous others. He was following up on a call we had made earlier that day from a salesman who hadn’t returned our call. Miles called at approximately 6:00pm Friday evening which we were astonished to hear from him so late in the day especially on a Friday. This man’s good work ethic and dedication to his job is what prompted us to drive 3 1/2 hours early Saturday morning to David McDavid Dealership. After we arrived there we met with Miles and Salesman David McNeal. They answered all our questions and we made a deal on the pickup we came to look at. We also met with Brian Bertschy, General Sales Manager. We finished up the paperwork work with the nicest Finance Manager in the world Siva Christos. Ford Motor Company is lucky to have people like this group working for them. It was worth the drive and we will be buying our next vehicle here. More
