Visited for car inspection only. Funny how each visit brings up various other services needed. If declined one visit and they were suggested needed, wouldn’t next visit have those Funny how each visit brings up various other services needed. Had SUGGESTED rear brake pads replaced but noticed on receipt front pads included. I ASKED why front pads were not included in inspection when initially told they were needed because I thought those would need replacing first and told they would have a look at them. Never heard if they needed replacing nor was I asked if I agreed to replace the front pads also if needed. I was charged for replacement of all 4 brake pads. Were all 4 actually replaced? I truly question whether they were. Then I was delayed for hours and finally told something about needing to obtain rear brake pads because ones they were going to use were faulty? Could I have been told early on so I could have gone home instead of wasting my time sitting there at dealership? Horrible experience. I shared with friends and I was shocked when they too said they had bad experiences there. More
