This dealership went above and beyond for me. Where do I start. I bought a 2017 mustang GT for right around 29k otd. Clean title , perfect car on the outside and a great experience. My biggest thing about buying a sports car was finding one that had never been wrecked before. It had a clean title and I was repeatedly told by my sales person (Bryce Arstingstall) that it had been inspected by there service team and even over text said that it had no previous damage. So I paid cash and took the car. Unfortunately I was hit by a semi in a very slow accident in traffic and damaged the left side of my door. Well insurance took care of it but while Texas Collision Center was repairing it they notified me that the car had been in a previous accident, the front bumper and rear bumper were obviously glued on from damage that was attempted to be covered up. Even a crack in the subframe that I had to repair to ensure no further damage. An estimate created by my collision repair manager added up to 3 thousand dollars. I obviously reached back out and when I was basically told to kick rocks by my sales guy, I reached out to the BBB. When I was finally responded to by a member of management to reach out to them personally to get it resolved, I reached out at least 6 times with 0 response. Even calling the front desk and being told that they were available but when finding out what I was talking about the line would magically disconnect. Not only did I have to take care of this myself but I was repeatedly disrespected. More
