We have been working with DMD for the past 10 years +/-. Cesar, our service advisor is the reason we keep coming back. Anyone can “try” to beat the others guy, or “wont loose a deal due to price”. But to Cesar, our service advisor is the reason we keep coming back. Anyone can “try” to beat the others guy, or “wont loose a deal due to price”. There was a gentleman there before COVID that had those skills, but Rueben needs to be your service communicator so questions and problems are addressed quickly so service is not disrupted. Great job Rueben and service team!! More
