I've bought four vehicles from this dealership and from the same sales associate, I've recommended this dealership to three people all of which made purchases. This visit was different, I prearranged a tes the same sales associate, I've recommended this dealership to three people all of which made purchases. This visit was different, I prearranged a test drive with the same SA. We agreed on a price and completed several forms of documentation. I had a passenger on my visit and the dealership had work as well. I told them I would return once they were done on their end. I was called three times during the day requesting a deposit. I felt forced to leave a "non-refundable" deposit of 1000.00. The sales associate explained it was "Corporate" and a non-refundable deposit. I contacted the associate as we were leaving he could tell I wasn't happy so he said this was an optional deposit...I said but you told me it would still be listed and since there was activity it could sell. I drove 30 miles round trip in traffic to provide a 1000.00 deposit. I didn't sleep that night thinking about the situation. Once my bank opened, I spent 35.00 to stop pay on the check then I called the associate to tell them I decline the deal. This cost David McDavid not only this deal but any future business as well. This is my second purchase from this dealership And I will say that everyone was great up until the sale , the salesman Jerry went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of through the whole proc will say that everyone was great up until the sale , the salesman Jerry went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of through the whole process from start to finish , as far as the rest of the folks I worked with it was crickets , the finance department did not return any emails after I got them the paperwork they needed , so I had to have the salesman find out , customer service not only never returned my texts but also never returned my phone calls about weather or not the vehicle was ready , with that going on and this being an online purchase those things should not of happened, customer service is all a company has and with our it let's just say not sure if I would buy there again. Thankfully the salesman cared enough for the client to provide the information that was needed . Robert R. More
