My husband and I live in Spokane, but we were very disappointed with our local Mazda dealership -both the staff and the condition of their brand new cars- so I contacted other Mazda dealerships in Washington state in search for our brand new Mazda. From my first interaction with BJ from McCurley Integrity Mazda I could see not just his willingness to earn our business, but also his high level of professionalism, experience, and dedication in going the extra mile to make sure that if indeed we were going to purchase the car from their dealership we would be extremely satisfied. And indeed we were! All sales transactions were initiated prior to our arrival in Pasco and extra effort was put into making this a very smooth and stress free experience. My husband and I are very particular in regards to the condition of a brand new car, but thanks to Andrew -the Mazda specialist who assisted us with the vehicle walkthrough- the car looked like it was ready to be presented at an auto show. Our Mazda looked absolutely stunning. Also their newly remodeled facility has a modern design, a spacious lounge area for their customers, and it was spotless - very impressive. He he convinced me to bring my truck in to see about a trade in without making me feel pressured whatsoever, I left the next day with a brand new Mazda 6. Everyone I held a conversation with from Andrew all the way to sales and finances was extremely friendly, and they explained everything so no questions were left unanswered. Extremely happy!! I have leased cars for the past 15 years and last 7 of those years have been Mazda’s. I have had two Mazda 6’s, a CX9 and recently got into a Mazda CX I have leased cars for the past 15 years and last 7 of those years have been Mazda’s. I have had two Mazda 6’s, a CX9 and recently got into a Mazda CX 5 on July 4th. After months of comparing just about every mid sized SUV and just about to go out of town the very next day to purchase a different car, I thought I’d take one more look at Mazda. The moment we walked on the lot Sam our salesman was phenomenal! He answered every question we had, gave us the pros and cons of the car I thought I wanted and listened closely to the details of what I was looking for and needed to have. He wasn’t pushy, he didn’t “bad mouth” the car I thought I wanted and kept up with my questions and concerns. I am in LOVE with my 2018 Mazda CX-5 and am so glad we made the right decision for us and became part of the Mccurley family!! More

Amazing experience with a place that works as a team I went to McCurley Mazda late Sunday where I met Andrew Springer. I had explained my situation and need of a car. He sat me down at a computer and w I went to McCurley Mazda late Sunday where I met Andrew Springer. I had explained my situation and need of a car. He sat me down at a computer and we made a list of cars that I was wanting to look at. I did not have time that day to test drive due to they were at another location. We set an appointment for Friday. Wednesday morning comes along where I originally had an appointment with Corwin Ford but was showed up. I drove over to Chevy and text Andrew who I had the appointment with 2 days later. He greeted me and was eager to help me with my dilemma (my tranny went out and I was stuck with a nonworking car still under payment that I was not wanting to put in more money to keep fixing). He verified what cars I was looking at and drove me to their Honda location. I test drove two cars and was leaning towards a brand new Honda. He introduced me to his team member Wade there which was more knowledgeable with Honda. We were not able to work a deal so they had Derrick drive me to Chevy to look at the car I ended up buying that Andrew had already confirmed was still on the lot at Chevy. Unfortunately Andrew was already helping another customer but kept in contact with me through text while Derrick went with me to test drive my new car. I was in love with the car and decide on getting it that day. Derrick assisted me with negotiations as Andrew made his way over to wrap it up. I was on a time crunch as I had to be at work and we still had paperwork to do. I made it clear the options I was wanting and they had everything ready. While waiting they cleaned and shined my car. The best part was is that they offered to take care of my old car that was unable to drive to site and made it one less thing I had to worry about. All of this took place on 4th of July. They never showed annoyance that they had to work a holiday and I felt that Andrew and Derrick genuinely wanted to get me into a car that would not only last but that I would love.....which I do. My next car I hope to be a brand new Mustang which means I would most likely attempt Corwin again. But if I am ever in need of another non mustang car I will definitely return to McCurley. More
