The dealership was actually moving all the vehicles to a park that day for a special type of show, but no one was pushy to complete the sale and simply get us out the door; we were given time to look around the lot before anyone approached us and then given time for questions, a test drive, and then more questions. If those things had not occurred, we probably would not have purchased a vehicle that day (and since we're not from the area, we probably wouldn't have returned to buy one there if we had felt pushed into it). Sam was great to work with and actually made the car buying experience enjoyable. More

He was genuine, not to pushy, super understanding and overall he made this experience on buying my first car one that I will never forget. He really took into consideration what I was looking for in a car and he also had a great personality and that is what made this experience all so fun was because he was super easy to talk to and kept conversation. This was definitely the best customer service I have ever had at a dealership and I have Austin to thank for that for constantly stating to me “that he was going to make it right and find me the perfect car” in which he did! Truly Austin did an AMAZING job and he is definitely someone that I will be going to in the future to help me find my next dream car (Cross my fingers it’s a CX-3) Once again thank you Austin!!!!!
