Angelica, We're sorry we weren't able to come to an agreement on the truck you were interested in. The price offer you made us was unfortunately too low for us to consider on this truck. To address your safety concerns, we tried many times to show you that this truck passed our thorough used-vehicle certification inspection at McCurley, which was performed by one of our very qualified technicians. That inspection was provided to you in our certification packet that was located in the truck on the inventory lot. You were also able to drive the truck on both of your visits to the dealership (which you and your husband did) to see if it was the right vehicle for you and your family, and none of our staff tried to push you into this vehicle. In fact, you called us back after we couldn't accomodate your offer on your first visit to tell us you wanted to come back and take a second look. It wasn't until your second visit that we were told about "safety concerns" and bigger discounts that you wanted becuase of your concerns. The management staff and Donny looked into your concerns carefully, and we stand by our decision that the concerns were simply cosmetic and that the truck was safe and certified according to our thorough inspection. I'd like to address the other comments in your post as well. We do not cover accidents that a customer is in after a purchase, as this would be taken care of through your vehicle insurance provider. We also understand that a tire shop may recommend replacement of tires that you are saying you're not satisfied with. We understand you wanted a lower price and more things provided in your purchase, but as we said before, we could not provide all the things you were requesting. We wished you luck finding another truck, and I'm dissappointed to see that you're taking this out on Donny, who was only your salesperson and did his best to provide the info you asked for. You should know that Donny went above and beyond to provide info to you and also to his management team with the intentions of assisting you with this purchase.
